ASE R Zad Shiraz has been bred with the idea to add new blood to our breedingprogram. The majority of our mares are free of Justice and Marwan blood and so Shiraz is a great outcross for us. With his refinement and his great Polish movement he became exactly what we had hoped for when we leased his mother from Jadem Arabians. Shiraz is the perfect resemblance of his father, Shiraz el Lafon. The same type, the same extreme head with the same beautiful dark eyes, a long neck combined with the extreme movement of his mother. Shiraz also has a lovely soft character. He is very gentle and easy to handle and is also ridden under saddle. At shows he is always hot and ready to show. With his type and extreme movement he earned only top placings at the shows. He is a licensed breedingstallion, clean on X-rays and clear of CA and SCID. He has a very easy, very sweet character and loves to be around people. He is also ridden under saddle.
The sire of Shiraz is the great young breeding stallion Shiraz de Lafon. This stallion is slowely building up a fantastic reputation in America, Brazil, the middle east and Europe for breeding perfection. His sire is the great Shanghai EA who is mostly famous as the sire of Worldchampion Excalibur. Shanghai is a son of WH Justice. The mother of Shiraz is Diacira de Lafon who is a Khidar daughter out of a Pomorov/Plakat daughter. A strong Russian power formula.
The dam of Shiraz is the beautiful mare Glamour Girl J - one of the elite broodmares of Jadem Arabians. She is a daughter of Worldchampion QR Marc and out of the great Polish mare Georgia by Eukaliptus, who is also the granddam of European & Dubai Gold champion colt Gallardo J, who is now owned by the Emperor from China.
This strong pedigree makes Shiraz the perfect blend of the best Russian and Polish lines with a modern touch.
The first offspring of Shiraz we expect in April 2020.
