ASE Marajó was born in 2009. When he was a junior, he won a lot of shows in Holland, Belgium and Italy. In 2012 he went to Italy on lease for two years where he sired some beautiful foals! After this period he went to a leasing home in Germany before returning to The Netherlands in 2016. Here is was mainly used for endurance riding. We found out that Marajó has a very low heartrate and an incredible fast recovery. We could in galloping from a loop, go through the fastlane immediately to the vets. He has won many endurance races and also won the bronze mdal at the National Endurance championships and a 4th place during the CEI 1* in Neustadt-Dosse. In 2018 he was leased out again for breeding and in 2020 he returned home. For now he will be at stud and later in the year he will be back under saddle.
ASE Marajó is sired by world champion Marajj who is by Marwan al Shaqab out of the Kouvay Bey daughter RGA Kouress.
The dam of Marajó is our foundation mare Manilah. Manilah is sired by the Straight Egyptian stallion Radamess II. Radamess is a son of Salaa el Dine. Which is giving Bisiriya the second cross to this legendary and ultra typy stallion, who is by the icon in Straight Egyptian breeding; Ansata Halim Shah and comes out of the important and treasured broodmare Hanan (Alaa el Dine). The mother of Radamess is Ansata Rebecca. She is by Ansata Abu Sudan and out of Ansata Rhodora who is by the great Ansata Ibn Halima out of Ansata bint Bukra- who is a daughter of the legendary and influential mare Bukra (Shahloul).
The dam of Manilah is Marischka. An important broodmare who has produced some incredible offspring like multi champion stallion Major (El Allah Abu) and the broodmare Mamuschka (Maymoun) who produced Brazilian National reserve champion Muranas Mabrouka (Marwan al Shaqab). Marischka is a daughter of World Champion Plakat. Plakat was a great performer and a very talented showjumper. Besides his sport abilities he also sired (world) champions all over the globe. Plakat is by the Egyptian stallion Aswan and out of Pchelka by Knippel. The dam of Marischka is the straight Egyptian mare Malisha bint Galal. A daughter of Ibn Galal (Galal by Nazeer) and out of Mastura by Saher, giving her four traces to Nazeer in the damline through Habdan Enzahi and Ghazal and three lines to Shahloul through Bukra and El Sareei.
ASE Marajó has sired around twenty foals in Italy before returning back to Holland. Unfortunately we do not have any photo material of these offspring, other than low quality mobile phone images. Here is one daughter of ASE Marajó born in Holland.
